What to Track:
• Which low cards are already dead in other players' boards
• Whether the cards you need to improve are still live
• What your opponent's board says their hand can be
Dead Cards Change Everything:
If you hold A-2-4 and three deuces and two treys are showing elsewhere, your hand is far weaker than it looks — the cards that complete it are gone. The same hand with every low card live is a clear raise.
